Born in Westcliff-on-Sea in October 1954, Robin Pinnock has been a full time artist for more than 30 years and has covered a wide range of subjects, often trying to capture the character and mood of landscapes. This experience, together with a life-long interest in railways, has led to a series of paintings that recreates scenes, machines and a way of life that has largely disappeared from today's world. Most of his paintings are commissioned by private collectors, but a wider public can enjoy the many limited edition and open prints that are available.
